The Great Pressure Cooker Recipe Test of 2012 - Roasted Baby Potatoes

Recipe Origin - Hip Pressure Cooking - Pressure Cooked Roasted Baby Potatoes
I totally goofed this one up.  It's not a hard recipe but I improvised too much and that screwed it up.  My fault.
You will notice that there are cubed baking potatoes in with the baby potatoes.  I had two on hand that I needed to use up so I thought, "why not toss these in too".  Here is why, they soon started to breakdown while the baby potatoes stayed whole.
Results, Findings, Thoughts, Yum Factor
The dish ended up looking like roasted potatoes with mashed potatoes mixed in.  Tom LOVED it but it didn't look very good.  The flavor was great.  I will need a do-over to really test this recipe.
*I mashed up the leftovers, tossed in chopped yellow and orange peppers for potato pancakes the next night. Those were good.  Leftover of the potato pancakes (2 of them) were the perfect bed for a fried egg this morning for each of us!
