Sea Salt Production Update

Latest batch on final dry
Tom's Sea Salt Production company has been working full time since we arrived in Falmouth Harbor.

One of our purple (of course) ships trays is the latest drying platform.
Yield from approx 1 cup sea water
Yields are promising but we won't know until an official, full blown yield report is undertaken sometime in the not to distant future.  Unfortunately, until such time, we are not yet able to issue investment commodity options.  However, gullible  er....wise readers of this blog wishing to invest should stay tuned for further updates.

Old Bay

A must in our pantry from now on.  Up to this point, we really hadn't used much Old Bay back in Kansas.  Only on rare occasions when a recipe called for it.  However with all the shrimp and crabs we have been eating, our current can is getting light (almost empty).  The other night we had Old Bay on our corn on the cob.  OMG - we will never use salt and pepper on corn again....only Old Bay  A new, bigger can is on the shopping list now.
