Caribbean Grenada Lobster
Da-dum, da-dum, da-dum, da-da-da-da-FYI this is supposed to be scary, jaws type music but that is very hard to type.
While we were in Grenada, two lobster fishermen came by s/v Honey Ryder. We bought two of their smaller lobsters. They had many large ones and one that was just scary big.
After we purchased them, the lobster fishermen zoomed off and we were left wondering what to do next. I mean come on, we are two kids from Kansas. What do we know about lobsters!
Tom looked in the Cruisers Handbook of Fishing and I looked in various recipe books.
We opted for boiling water, stuff them in, turn the heat off and let them go for 10 mins in the hot water.
Tom did an excellent job getting the meat out of the shells. Again people.....kids from Kansas here!
Pasta, olive oil, garlic, cream, parm cheese and LOBSTER. Yum!
