I took the leftover bulgar wheat tabouli veggie (orange and yellow peppers, zucchini, red onion, tons of herbs and lemon/garlic/olive oil dressing) salad that I made last night and again added leftover
hacked chicken, some grated parm/reg cheese, panko bread crumbs and an egg. I formed thick patties and browned them up for lunch. Delish!
